My mission at WilPower is to put the "personal" back into "personal training." That means supporting you 100% in your own fitness goals—whether or not those goals meet the current trends. We don't care what youtube influencers and some fitness magazines think you should look like or be able to do.
They don't know you. They haven't acquainted themselves with your body, your lifestyle priorities, or—most important—your personal dreams and goals.

That's exactly where WilPower comes in. The first thing I'll ask you is what you want to take away from your training. Want to shed pounds, build muscle, improve your endurance etc?

The point is that you're the boss of your own fitness and health. Our role is simply to contribute the knowledge, skills, and facilities to support your goals. At WilPower, we have the experience and the equipment to back you up all the way. Train at your own pace, on your own schedule, and within your own budget. We've been around long enough to know that this is really the only way to sustain a lifelong commitment to fitness and health.
And we've also been around long enough to have discovered what works best for us: helping you figure out and accomplish what works best for you.
